Case overview

Vivestia was entrusted with capturing W Costa Navarino, one of Greece’s most iconic luxury lifestyle resorts, located in the heart of the Costa Navarino development in the Peloponnese. In a focused multi-day production, our team created a comprehensive 3D Virtual Reality Tour showcasing the resort’s signature design, vibrant spaces, and beachfront lifestyle—bringing to life its premium offering through immersive 3D experiences.

The Brief

The goal of this project was to build a complete VR representation of the W Costa Navarino resort—highlighting all 10 room types, including suites and exclusive villas, along with restaurants, bars, the W beach, spa, gym, and elegant common areas.

Given the scale of the resort and its constant flow of high-end guests, this project required tight coordination with the hotel team, minimal disruption to operations, and careful adaptation to ever-changing lighting conditions and active public areas.

Our Approach

Our team developed a structured shooting plan that allowed for the seamless capture of all indoor and outdoor spaces, prioritizing minimal guest disruption and top-tier image quality. Using Matterport Pro2 and Pro3 cameras, we documented all room types, from standard rooms to beachfront villas, along with wellness areas, dining venues, and the iconic W Beach.

Every VR model was curated to reflect W’s bold, contemporary style and dynamic atmosphere, while ensuring smooth navigation, consistent lighting, and high realism. The final deliverables were tailored for use across web, mobile, and event platforms—enhancing both direct bookings and brand storytelling.

The Results

The 3D Virtual Tour provided W Costa Navarino with a standout digital asset that showcases the resort’s design and experience in a way photos alone cannot. It now serves as a key marketing tool for B2C bookings and international promotion, allowing guests to explore the rooms, beach, spa, and F&B venues remotely with confidence.
