This was one of our largest hospitality VR projects to date—designed to match the resort’s luxurious identity and elevate its digital presence. The Brief
Mitsis Selection Alila entrusted Vivestia with the full-scale VR capture of its luxurious 5-star beachfront resort in Rhodes. The objective was to digitally showcase the resort’s premium offering—including 8 distinct room types, 11 à la carte restaurants, common areas, bars, and the Blue Flag beach—through an immersive Virtual Reality experience.
The project had a tight 3-day production window and required coordinated access to high-traffic spaces while ensuring minimal disruption to the guest experience. Capturing such a large and operationally active resort demanded precision, timing, and adaptability—especially with changing lighting conditions, ongoing guest presence, and the scale of the location.
