Yaloou Yachting, a premium provider of luxury yacht charters across Greece, partnered with Vivestia to showcase part of their fleet through immersive 3D Virtual Tours. The project took place during the East Mediterranean Yacht Show 2025 (EMMYS) in Poros, where Vivestia captured three of Yaloou’s luxury yachts on location—transforming their static exhibition presence into an interactive digital experience available year-round.
This initiative positioned Yaloou as a forward-thinking brand in the yachting industry, using Virtual Reality to enhance its global visibility and elevate client engagement.
The Brief
The goal of the project was to create high-quality VR Tours for three of Yaloou Yachting’s charter vessels directly during their showcase at EMMYS 2025. The challenge was to work in a live event setting, where limited time, high foot traffic, and dockside logistics required precise coordination and minimal disruption.
The final deliverables were designed to serve multiple purposes:
Enhance charter listing visibility
Empower Yaloou’s digital marketing across platforms
Offer prospective clients an immersive view of each yacht—anytime, anywhere

Our Approach
Vivestia mobilized a compact production team equipped with Matterport Pro2 cameras and pre-mapped shooting sequences. We coordinated with Yaloou’s crew and EMMYS organizers to secure time slots for uninterrupted access to each vessel.
Our workflow included:
Fast-paced interior and exterior VR scanning
Carefully composed photography for charter materials
On-the-fly lighting adjustments to ensure visual consistency
Post-production optimization for seamless, web-embedded VR models
Despite the live setting, all three yachts were captured to luxury-grade standards, reflecting Yaloou’s refined aesthetic and charter appeal.

The Results
The Virtual Tours became an immediate asset for Yaloou Yachting, enabling them to extend the impact of their presence at EMMYS well beyond the event itself. Brokers and charter clients can now explore the yachts virtually, gaining a realistic sense of layout, finish, and lifestyle on board—any time of year, from anywhere in the world.
These VR models have been integrated into Yaloou’s digital campaigns, website listings, and partner promotions—streamlining the decision-making process for clients while reinforcing the brand’s commitment to innovation and premium service.
