3D VR Tour Cases in Real Estate – Real Projects & Business Results

Which properties has Vivestia captured in 3D?

The main case in this sector is a set of three premium two-level houses in high-demand areas of Athens. The real estate agencies behind the listings wanted international buyers to be able to explore them remotely. The homes were empty and unfurnished, so the tours had to show layout, scale, natural light and the flow from floor to floor.

Before the shoot, the capture points were mapped so that the walkthrough stays seamless from room to room, even without furniture. Interiors were captured with Matterport Pro2 for colour-accurate detail, and entrances and staircases with Matterport Pro3 for LiDAR depth. Labels such as “future master bedroom” and “ideal home office space” help viewers see how each room can be used.

The agents received fully hosted tours in branded and unbranded versions, ready to embed on listing pages, property microsites and social campaigns. Inquiries increased soon after launch, buyers spent more time exploring the listings, and agents found that virtual viewers arrived better informed. The properties were also featured in digital ad campaigns.

For empty properties, our virtual staging service adds 3D furniture and objects inside the tour, so buyers can picture renovations and new layouts. Owners and agents who prefer to capture a property themselves can use our do-it-yourself 3D virtual tour service, with a mobile phone and our guidance.

Vivestia also created the official 3D virtual tour of the Premium Real Estate Expo 2025.
