The Brief
The Koukaki Residence aimed to redefine its presentation and highlight its distinctive features. Featuring 8 spacious residences, rooms, and suites, it sought to clearly showcase its diverse accommodations. A standout feature is its tranquil secret garden adorned with lemon and orange trees, providing a serene setting to enjoy coffee or wine under the Acropolis.

Our Approach
Vivestia conducted multiple visits to The Koukaki Residence to capture high-quality 3D scans and imagery using Matterport’s technology. They meticulously scanned significant areas such as rooms, common spaces, and outdoor spaces to create an immersive Virtual Reality experience. The collected data underwent thorough processing with Matterport’s software, resulting in a seamless and interactive Virtual Reality Tour.
Throughout this process, Vivestia enhanced the Virtual Reality Tour with interactive hotspots, multimedia content, and detailed descriptions of key areas.
The Results
Vivestia efficiently captured and processed high-quality 3D scans and imagery during a 4-day shooting phase. Subsequently, they spent another 5 days meticulously editing and integrating the Virtual Reality Tour into The Koukaki Residence’s website, ensuring seamless integration that showcased the distinctive features of each room. This resulted in an engaging and interactive experience, allowing online visitors to explore and interact with The Koukaki Residence virtually.
